Good Afternoon A1 Parents and Guardians,
We have a short week next week. We are going to the Santa Barbara Museum of Art on Tuesday all day. we will be back before the end of school. I still need one chaperone if anyone would like to sign up. Make sure to pack your student a lunch. I requested a couple from the school in case students forget, but I will not have enough for everyone.
Announcements
Tuesday, April 1st we are having a purple carpet to kick of Month of the Military Child. If you are available, we would love to have you come to celebrate your child. Parents will line the sidewalk and make a tunnel for all the kids to run through.
Thursday, April 10th, we are going to the Cabrillo High School Aquarium. I am still looking for chaperones! It is an all day commitment but we will be back before school ends. I am reattaching a sign-up to this post, so if you would like to come along, just sign-up below. I need 4 chaperones total for this trip as the aquarium would like us split up into 4 groups.
On Wednesday, April 30th, during the science fair, there will be a silent auction fundraiser. Each grade level is tasked with creating a basket to be auctioned off. Our theme is Easter. If you would like to donate anything to have in our basket, please drop it off at my classroom by April 14th.
